I use my 30 years experience as a Master Teacher and Integrated Healing Arts Practitioner (Adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University, Pierce College, and Pepperdine University, Clinical Staff at several Science-based Substance Rehabilitation Centers, Retreat Director, and Private Yoga Therapist) to assess your specific needs and create the most effective program for you.
After an initial consultation, I design your individualized program consisting of 12 Weekly 30-Minute One-To-One Virtual Teaching Sessions. Each session meets you where you are with a short check-in, Breath Work exercises tailored to your constitution, a personal meditation journey, and inspiration to move you powerfully into your day. I then send you a digital video recording of our session for you to practice with each morning until our next weekly session. Your daily experience of the program is short, sweet, impactful, and easily incorporated into your schedule.
By week 12 of enjoying Prana For Breakfast you have developed the capacity for a self-guided practice that assures balanced emotions, mental clarity, physical calm, and buoyant energy. You can deftly shift from “fight or flight” to Relaxed and Ready. Equipped with lifetime access to these extraordinary tools, you awaken the mind-body connection in service of your goals again and again and again.
